What better gift to give as a housewarming present? Or an original wedding present - an illustration of the wedding venue? Also ideal for "the person who has everything"...

Commissioning an illustrated house portrait needn't be complicated or expensive, and I will do all I can to make the process as simple as possible.
Please also check my blog and facebook page for more house pictures, as I regularly update these with my most recent work.
* Take a clear photo of the building you'd like a portrait of - if you need to take a few then that's fine.
* If you require an illustration of a public building (church, hotel etc) then feel free to email me a link to the website.
* Email me the photos (beckagriffin@hotmail.com), along with an idea of the size you are after, and whether you would prefer colour or black and white.
* I'll have a look at the photo then email you back with a quote.
* Once this is agreed, I will work on the image. I will email you a photo of the finished house portrait and we will arrange payment (via cheque, bank transfer or Paypal).
* Once payment has been received I will post your finished house portrait to you.
* The whole process takes up to four weeks.
* I will happily undertake alterations as required, once you have received the original house portrait.
Prices currently start at £35 for a small (approx A5 size) black and white house portrait and go up to £130 for a large (A2-ish) colour image.
Colour pictures work best if your house is a strong colour - yellow or pink for example. Prices increase slightly with size and colour.
Please note that the artist retains reproduction rights of all work unless otherwise stated - that sounds a bit scary but just means that I can use your house portrait as an example on the website or in my portfolio if I choose to.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
